Sorry to all you dedicated high school musical fans out there, but this one wasn't that great! The plot was so played out. I am sick of Troys choice, Basketball or theater come on make up your mind you don't have to make 3 movies about it! The first and second movie were ok but the third was just plain tacky. They burst into songs for no reason! At least in the first movie there was emotion behind the lyrics! It seems as if the characters were to big for the story line, it would have been nice to see them be a bit more down to earth. 109
Over all the movie was ok. It answered all the questions and left nothing to ponder. The singing and dancing was about what i expected, over the top with a few pitch problems here and there. In my personal opinion the only good songs were all Troy such as "Scream" and " The Boys are Back". The Boy are Back Was the favorite song of me and my friends. We loved how they took time to step back and be kids again. Honestly if you haven't already guessed the only two cast mate who I think are talented are troy and chad. I am sorry, but none of the other cast can sing! They all sound terrible! They range all over the place and don't harmonize well.
Now that i have gotten done with the negative I will focus on the positive. The new Characters were amazing and lived up to the others Tiara Gold played Sharpays assistant, Jimmie Zara played Troys number one fan, Donny fox played Jimmies best friend. All of these characters were amazing in singing dancing and acting. They were even better than the regular wildcats! Well that's my report i wouldn't waste my 7 bucks, but if you want to you can!
