There is a date now for the Disney movie Princess Protection Program, starring real life BFFs Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato. The date? They will release it the following Tuesday on DVD with an exclusive new music video of One and the Same performed by Gomez and Lovato, a behind-the-scenes look at the film, and a free B.F.F. necklace set. Those wacky Brits are introducing another show that perhaps will be copied here in the US. It’s called Clash and will provide kids with an introduction to classical music in a competition format. Clash features BBC Radio 1 DJs Bobby Friction and Nihal, each of which will lead a team of musically talented kids to give noted classical music pieces makeovers as pop tracks. The goal is to entertain and impress an audience of people who are not classical music. Think it could make it here?

There is a new cheap, green cell phone on the market. With a price tag of just $10, the Motorola Renew rolls in as one of the cheapest functioning gadgets you can buy. And while you can't watch YouTube or locate the nearest gas station on it, you can text and make quality phone calls all powered by a battery that provides up to nine hours of talk time. But while this phone is cheap, we think its green properties are its most impressive attributes. Motorola offsets the energy required to make, distribute and operate the Renew, so it boasts Carbonfree status - the first for a mobile phone. And as if that wasn't enough, it's also made from recycled plastic bottles and flaunts 100% recycled packaging.
