"FNMTV Presents: A Miley-Sized Surprise... New Year's Eve 2009" will feature live performances from Miley who is going to surprise a fan by hosting the show from his or her home. It will all air live on MTV on Wednesday, Dec. 31 from 8-9:30 p.m. Eastern, with an encore presentation at 10:30 p.m. Eastern, featuring a live countdown from Times Square. Her brother's band will play too. The show will be hosted from New York by twin Australian singers Lisa and Jessica Origliasso, a.k.a. the Veronicas.
